Join us every Tuesday night in Shucks for delicious, mouth-watering chicken parmigiana, all for the unbeatable price of just $15 for our valued members (visitors $25). Everybody loves a delicious Parmi, so we’ve dedicated an entire night to this beloved classic. Our chefs have perfected the art of the chicken parmigiana, ensuring each one is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of sauce and cheese.

Our Parmi Palooza features a variety of tantalising options to satisfy every palate:
- Classic Chicken Parmi: Traditional chicken schnitzel topped with rich napolitana sauce, ham, and melted mozzarella cheese
- Mexican Parmi: A twist on the classic, topped with a beef & kidney bean mix, mozzarella cheese and finished with guacamole, tomato salsa & sour cream
- Hawaiian Parmi: Chicken schnitzel topped with napolitana sauce, ham, pineapple & perfectly grilled mozzarella cheese
- New York Parmi: A touch of Italian tradition with a New York flair! topped with napolitana sauce, mozzarella cheese, streaky bacon & avocado
- Bacon & Egg Parmi: The humble Schnitty topped with napolitana sauce, ham, mozzarella cheese topped with grilled bacon and crowned with a fried egg
- Eggplant Parmi V: A crispy eggplant parmi topped with napolitana sauce & mozzarella cheese
