Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club is looking for a talented and creative Head Chef to lead our catering team.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Assistant Manager and/or Group Catering Manager, the Head Chef will oversee the total operational needs of the current dining options at Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club. The Head Chef will focus strongly on continuous improvement of quality outcomes and high level of service.

The Club’s restaurant Twenty One on Parkes offers a variety of menu options with seasonal changes quarterly and a monthly specials menu to keep the locals coming back.
